The National Law University Delhi has extended the last date for submission of online application forms for AILET 2021 to June 25, 2021. This decision was taken due to the current Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country.
AILET 2021 scheduled to be held on June 20, 2021 stands postponed. The revised date will be notified in the due course.

AILET 2021 Exam Date: 20-06-2021

The National Law University, Delhi will Conduct All India Law Entrance Test - 2021 (AIIET -2O21) for admission to Five Year B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D Programme on June 20, 2021 (10.00 am - 11.30 am) at various test centres across the country.   

AIIET 2O21Form Start Date: 23rd January, 2021 at 08.00 AM  

Last date of receipt of application NLU DELHI AILET up to: 20th May, 2021 at 11.55 PM

Date of AILET 2021 Entrance Exam: June 20, 2021 (10.00 am - 11.30 am)

The National Law University, Delhi established in 2008 by Act 1 of 2008 is premier Law University established in the capital city of India. The University conducts All India Entrance Exam for admission to B.A.LL.B.  (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D. Programmes for the Academic Year 2021-22. Admission is on merit through All India Law entrance test (AILET)

AILET B.A.LL.B. (Hons) Eligibility :

AILET 2021 Qualification :
Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 System) or Equivalent Examination with 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities). The candidates appearing for the 12th standard annual examination in 2021 are eligible to apply.

Candidates appearing/awaiting results of the qualifying examination can also apply and appear in the AILET 2021 Entrance Test. However, the eligibility by such candidates shall have to be obtained by the cut-off date, which will be notified along with the Notification of AILET 2021 Entrance Test result and in case such candidate is placed in compartment in the year of the admission, would be treated as ineligible.

AILET 2021 B.A.LL.B. (Hons) TOTAL SEATS : 123 [110 Seats on merit through All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and 5 seats each for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO for direct admission on merit)].
 

Supernumerary: Kashmiri Migrants - 1   

Supernumerary: Residents of Jammu & Kashmir - 2

Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET 2021.

Foreign Nationals to be eligible should have obtained 65% marks in the qualifying examination.  

Reservation: 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and 5% for Persons with Disabilities

How To Apply NLU DELHI AILET 2021 Application Form:
Interested candidates should apply only online on payment of Rs.3,050/- (Rupees Three Thousand Fifty Only) for General Candidates,     

Rs.1,050/- (Rupees One thousand Fifty only) in case of SC/ST  and Persons with Disabilities (PD) along with copy of requisite Caste/Persons with Disabilities Certificate. Below Poverty Line (BPL) applicants of SC/ST Category are exempted from application fee.
